We collect account, booking, payment, platform usage, and, if you manage a club, club, billing, staff, and operational configuration data.

3. Purposes

We use your data to create and manage your account, process bookings and payments, send confirmations, provide support, improve the platform, comply with legal obligations, and send marketing only with your consent.

4. Legal basis

We process data based on contract performance, legitimate interest, consent, and legal obligation, depending on each purpose.

5. Recipients

We do not sell your data. We only share it with required providers such as Supabase, Stripe, Resend, and the club responsible for the booked court.

6. International transfers

Our main providers operate in the European Union or apply adequate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

7. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Booking, payment, and billing records are kept for the periods required by applicable tax and accounting rules.

8. Your rights

You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection, restriction, and consent withdrawal rights by emailing privacy@wyzehub.com . You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

9. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures such as TLS, access control, RLS, encryption where applicable, and backups to protect your data.

10. Cookies

We use functional cookies needed for sessions, preferences, and security. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

11. Changes

We may update this policy and will communicate material changes with reasonable notice.
